When placing an order you must first request a Price Quote for the job that you are looking for us to do. After your confirmation of production we will send you proofs for you design to show you the stages of your design, in the end we will send you a final proof. When you tell us that it meets with your approval we will either send it off to be printed or we will send you by mail a DVD with the artwork in numerous formats, this is only if you are purchasing the design. If for some reason you need the design in a certain format we can send you a copy for $10.00 plus shipping and handling.
After recieveing the price quote and the conformation of your order, you will have 3 DAYS to cancel the order. If you wish to cancel the order after the 3 days you will be charged for the design(s). Unfortunately after the order has been processed and sent off to the printer, you will not be able to cancel the order.
